Membership FAQs

What's the difference between membership and individual packs?

Individual packs give you access to one specific exam (e.g. NSW Selective). Membership plans give you access to an entire category (Explorer) or every exam on the platform (All-Access) — at a much lower per-exam cost.

How do exam pathways work?

A pathway is one exam family at one year level — for example NAPLAN Yr 5, NSW Selective Yr 6, ICAS Yr 4, ACER Level 2, or VCE Accounting Units 1 & 2. Starter includes 1 pathway; Family includes 3; All-Access includes every pathway on the platform.

What counts as a pathway?

Each unique exam + year-level combination = 1 pathway. NAPLAN Yr 5 and NAPLAN Yr 7 are two separate pathways. ICAS Yr 4 includes all ICAS subjects at that year level as a single pathway.

Can siblings share a membership?

Yes. Family supports up to 2 student profiles, and All-Access supports up to 4 — each child gets their own dashboard, progress and analytics.

Can I add a 4th child on All-Access?

All-Access includes up to 4 student profiles. If you need more, contact us for a custom family arrangement.

What happens when new packs are released?

Starter members get new packs in their chosen pathway. Family members get new packs in any of their 3 pathways. All-Access members automatically get every new pack — no extra charge.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Upgrade from Starter → Family or Family → All-Access anytime and we'll credit the remaining value of your current plan towards the new one.

What's your refund policy?

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. After that, your access continues until the end of your 12-month period.
