
Read widely every day — fiction, quality non-fiction, newspapers. This builds vocabulary and comprehension faster than any drill. Aim for 20 minutes minimum.
Do 10 number sequence questions per day. Focus on pattern identification speed. Write the rule in words before solving.
Practise active reading: after each paragraph, ask ‘What is the author doing here?’ For exam practice, always locate the evidence in the text before selecting your answer.
15 questions per day without a calculator. Work on your weakest topic type first. Write every step — don’t do arithmetic in your head.
Write one short response every 2–3 days: any prompt, 10 minutes, hand-timed. Focus on a strong opening line and a deliberate ending. Read one model response per week.
