Every mark you receive in Preliminary Biology comes from school assessment tasks. There is no external exam. This means your relationship with your teacher, your understanding of assessment criteria and your consistency across tasks all directly determine your Year 11 result.

- Plan your response before writing – structure earns marks
- Draft and seek feedback before the due date if possible
- Complete tasks before the deadline – late submissions may be penalised
