WA-PEAC 💡 5.1 – How to Review Your Results

💡 How to Review Your Results
Turn your mock exam score into a learning plan
📖 Verbal Reasoning For every wrong answer: go back to the passage or question. Find EXACTLY why the correct answer is right and yours is wrong. Is it a reading error, a vocabulary gap, or an analogy logic error?
🔢 Mathematical Reasoning For every wrong answer: redo from scratch without looking at the answer. Categorise: arithmetic error, misread question, didn’t know the method, or ran out of time.
⚠️ Error types and fixes
  • 📌 Reading error → practise reading questions carefully before selecting
  • 📌 Vocabulary gap → read widely daily and keep a new-word list
  • 📌 Analogy error → practise stating the relationship before reading options
  • 📌 Arithmetic error → slow down and write each step
  • 📌 Unknown method → revise that topic before the next mock
  • 📌 Time → practise under timed conditions every session
💡 Pro Tip: After every mock: three bullet points — what type of question caught you, what the pattern was, what you’ll do next time. This reflection is more valuable than another mock attempt. 📝
