📄 The Paper-Based Exam Format
What students see on exam day
📋 Answer sheet Multiple choice answers are marked by filling in the correct bubble on a separate answer sheet. Fill it completely.
✏️ Corrections If you change an answer, erase completely. Partial erasure can be read as two answers and may be marked as wrong.
🖊️ Writing section Write in the response booklet. Planning space is provided. Write in pen — not pencil.
📝 Working You may use the question booklet for rough working. Only the answer sheet and writing booklet are marked.
⏱️ Timing Each section is timed separately by the supervisor. You cannot return to a previous section once it has ended.
💡 Pro Tip: Practise filling in MCQ bubbles under time pressure. A common error is marking the wrong row after skipping a question — check your question number against your answer row every 5 questions.
