VIC-SEL 1.2 – How to Use This Pack

Step 1 – Read the guides first

Work through the VIC Selective Guide and Study Skills sections before attempting the mock exam. The ACER format is unique – understanding it before you start saves valuable marks.

Step 2 – Attempt the mock under real conditions

Sit all 5 sections in one sitting with timed conditions. No pausing, no checking answers mid-section. This builds the exam stamina needed for a 3-hour test.

Step 3 – Review every explanation

After completing all sections, read every explanation including for correct answers. Understanding why builds pattern recognition.

Step 4 – Retake and track progress

Retake individual sections targeting your weakest areas. Use the results dashboard to monitor improvement over time.

💡 The real VIC Selective exam runs for approximately 3 hours with two breaks. Build up to sitting the full mock in one session to develop genuine exam stamina.
