Tip: (1) Depreciation: ($180,000 โˆ’ $20,000) รท 8 years รท 12 months = $1,667/month. (2) Advertising: $8,400 รท 4 months = $2,100 for May. (3) Allowance: Required = 6% ร— $52,400 = $3,144. Current = $2,600. Increase required = $544. Dr Bad Debts $544, Cr Allowance $544. (4) Wages accrual: Dr Wages $1,840, Cr Accrued Wages $1,840.

Prepare the Income Statement for Pinnacle Printing for the month ended 31 May 2026, incorporating all adjustments.
