🔑 Check against the command word
For every mark lost, check whether your response addressed the command word used (describe/explain/analyse/evaluate) rather than just recalling a fact.
🔑 Check your Working Scientifically answers separately
Data/Diagram and experiment-design questions are marked on the specific skill demonstrated (correct variable identification, an appropriate graph type, a valid reliability improvement) – review these against the model answer just as carefully as content questions.
